Abstract :
In our holy religion Islam, everyone is addressed equally and men and women are treated equally. In terms of rights, one is not preferred over the other. therefore, the Islamic Shari'a intended to use it in a general form, and it is considered "protection". Protection is manifested in different ways and in different forms. them, the honor of women, everything that concerns them is protected on the basis of Islam. For this reason, the rights and rights of women in the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah are given with special attention, with justice, kindness and love. With this in mind, he brings to your attention the verses and hadiths that envisage a woman's life as a daughter, wife and mother, and respect and protection in her stages of life.
